Waterproof Deck Paint/Coating

I am looking for feedback on Waterproof Deck paint or coatings that are based on actual experience. I live in Colorado at 6,500 ft elevation. Summer highs are 85 to 90 degrees. winter lows are 15 to 20 degrees to the rare but occasional 2 below zero. Snow and sun. Here is the project. I am building a new wood deck that will be the roof over a solar room. The deck joist will be engineered I-Joist. The decking material will be 7 layer 3/4 inch plywood concrete form-board so basically marine plywood without the marine penetrant. Based on design parameters the deflection rate will be zero so it will be a very solid platform/deck/roof. And yes, they deck will function as a deck for people etc. I want to paint it with a paint that will seal the wood and waterproof the deck so I don't get water leaking into the sun room below. Most of the products I see for this are 100% acrylic latex which I am nervous about because of what may be a lack of toughness over time. I was considering using SEALKOTE concrete epoxy paint that I have used on concerete patios and pool decks, but I am not sure it will adhere properly to the wood. I have also considered the old product Hypolon, but I am concerned again about durability. Do any of you have any experience in waterproofing a plywood deck? Any feedback appreciated.
