  • If its an internet issue, check the wireless network credentials
  • Do not place the device far away from the  Router
  • Restart or reset the device. Factory  reset is always recommended
  • Update the device software regularly
  • Switch to wired connection if wireless connection doesn't work
  • If wired connection is your choice, check the Ethernet cable connected
